How an ordinary guy can attract more women

He's tired of being alone

Annie, I'm an ordinary guy, and I know that women are not looking for me. It's been over ten years of nothing and I am sick of being alone. Ron

Where to meet women

Ron, How are you meeting single, age-appropriate women in your day-to-day life? If you're not regularly encountering new acquaintances, it's time to get out of your routine, and frequent places where you're likely to encounter friendly females.

Cooking, dancing or yoga classes are good bets. Many women report that hiking groups, church gatherings and singles parties rarely have enough men to go around.

Brush up on your flirting skills

If you're meeting new women, but they aren't responding to you, you may need to brush up on your flirting skills. I'm not talking about using canned lines, but suggesting that you practice asking fun questions and engaging in playful banter.

I've often seen men who attend singles events and social classes isolate themselves, then leave without talking to anyone. If you chat with others in a positive and interested manner, you'll likely find women gravitating towards you.

Don't make the mistake of only speaking to those with whom you want to become involved. Most women will find you more interesting if you're interacting with others.

If you have a difficult time talking to women, sign up for an improv class. They have exercises designed to help people to feel more at ease while being more lighthearted and spontaneous.

Have a positive, realistic approach

Take time to approach a variety of women. Studies show that attraction often grows as you get to know each other. The most beautiful women have their choice of many men of all ages. The more average looking a woman, the more likely she is to be open to an average looking guy.

As people age, many believe that they look more youthful than they actually appear. Instead of believing your mirror, where you always see yourself in the same light, you'll get more realistic feedback from an unexpected reflection in a shop window.

Rather than being unnecessarily lonely, befriend women in social groups, where chemistry often grows over time. Once you find a possible connection, don't hesitate to ask her out.

It will be right that Cooking, dancing or yoga classes are good bets. Many women report that hiking groups, church gatherings and singles parties rarely have enough men to go around.

your advice (other than the improv class) is kind of like saying "be happy" to a depressed person. Women (in the US) are incredibly finicky judgemental creatures from your hair to your clothes to your the way you cross your arms... it's no wonder rational guys are going overseas to get married.
